The company belongs to “Saboo Group” of Jodhpur, promoted by Late Shri Durga Prasad Saboo and Shri Shreegopal Saboo.
Shri. Durga Prasad Saboo was one of the pioneers to develop the technology for manufacture of cement in mini plants having capacity of 25/150 tones per day. The technology known as Saboo VSK Technology is well accepted and over 150 plants are successfully operated on this technology. Shri Durga Prasad Saboo was awarded with “ Tamra Patra” and a “National Award” for his outstanding entrepreneurship in development of industries. The technology developed by him is approved by IDBI.
Saboo group started its operations at a very modest level, manufacturing all kinds of minerals machineries, emery stones, mineral products, etc. and has now grown into an industrial group engaged in supply and commissioning of mini cement plants based on VSK technology with manufacturing capacity between 25 tonnes per day to 100 tonnes per day and cement plants rotary kiln technology with capacity upto 900 tonnes per day and manufacturing of high alumina refractory cement and refractory castables.
The group has already supplied more than 150 mini cement plants based on Saboo VSK Technolgy. The plants are supplied in turnkey basis which include services ranging from techno economic feasibility, detailed project report, investigation of raw materials, detailed engineering and civil designs and erection and commissioning of the plant etc. Besides this the group has also supplied various machineries to prestigious clients like Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation and Gujarat Bauxite Ltd.

SHRI SHREEGOPAL SABOO:
aged 56 years, a commerce graduate, is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He had started his career as Management Trainee and held various positions such as Finance Manager, Production Incharge, Commercial Manager, and General manager while assisting his father in running various businesses of the group.
He was actively involved in the development and updation of VSK Technology and has travelled extensively out of India to gain knowledge of upgrade cement plant technology and to understand various intricacies involved in various technology and to promote export business of group. He has attended various seminars, conferences to keep him updated. He is also a member of governing body of World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises. Over the period, he has gained vast knowledge in export business of emery stones, manufacturing of machineries for mini cement plants, rotary kilns and in manufacture of Portland cement, refractory cement, refractory castables etc. he was also member of regional advisory committee of Central Excise. He has also travelled in foreign countries for marketing of mini cement plants, specially African countries.
